In late 2019, the team I was on along with several other cross-functional teams kicked off a project with an external agency to consider Reebok's future retail outlook. When the pandemic necessitated the end of that project, our team decided to carry it on internally. I partnered with our Creative Direction, Global Transformation Office, and Strategy teams to go on a fact finding mission to help inform the brand's future decisions around retail. Below are the condensed one pagers we created as a takeaway reference for our partners and senior leaders.
