• Led the design of Hollister’s first retail concept overhaul in a decade opening a mock-up space in under 6 months and an initial location in less than 12 months from design PKO.
• Partnered with development and construction to build estimates of prototype stores and uncover opportunities to reduce buildout costs for various store tiers.
• Planned and directed facilitation sessions for senior brand leads to co-create the initial concept theme and moodboards for Hollister’s new concept.
• Researched, tested, conducted trainings, and created guidelines and asset banks to implement new software for department-wide use leading to a shift in quality and quantity of renderings and design reviews.
• Consulted on the planning and oversaw the build out of retail showcase exhibits for A&F’s 2022 Investor Day event and led the design of the Hollister space.
• Mentored and managed a concept coordinator and conducted trainings for new-hires.
